We are pleased and excited to see how our internet bidding has grown
in just 4 years. Online bidding gives you the opportunity to see,
hear and bid from your home computer. We will once again offer our
Horse and Mule Preview and the Saturday Wagon, Carriage and Horse
and Mule Sale “live” over the internet. In addition, we are proud to
offer at the 2008 Fall Sale a Stock Dog Clinic and Sale. You can
preview the stock dogs online prior to the horses and mules on
Friday, October 31, at 3:00 p.m. The stock dogs sell at the
beginning of the horse and mule sale on Saturday, November 1 at
1:00. p.m. P.S.T. This will be an exciting event you will not want
to miss.
Real-time bidding is available via the internet for this sale. Live
audio and live video will allow buyers to bid on animals just as if
they were present at the sale. Buyers must create an account prior

Online Buyers:
After the sale, you will need to contact the California Draft Horse
and Equipment Sale to make arrangements for payment of your on-line
purchases. The California Draft Horse and Equipment Sale will charge
a 12% buyer’s premium on any items purchased with a bid price of
$3,500. or less. Items sold for more than $3,500., a 2% buyer’s
premium will be added. Stock Dogs, Horses or Mules sold online a 2%
buyer’s premium will be added.
SALES TAX:
Local state tax of 8.25% on every item sold. If you are tax exempt,
you must provide a valid tax exemption permit or resale number
Boarding:
Boarding is available for horses or mules bought online.
There is a $25.00 boarding fee per day. 5 day maximum.
$25.00 Transportation fee to boarding stable.
