From Highway 99 North or South, take the East Bardsley Ave Exit. Next, proceed West approximately 2 miles to South K Street. Turn right on South K Street. Enter the fairgrounds on South K Street, watch for signs.

REGISTRATION & INSPECTION:
Bidder registration will begin on November 1, from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
daily throughout the sale. All bidders must provide a valid driver’s
license with photo id and correct address. You must have a buyer’s
number to bid at the auction. Inspection will begin November 1, 7:30 a.m., continuing throughout the sale.
PAYMENT TERMS:
All purchases MUST BE PAID THE DAY OF THE AUCTION.
Cash, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, ATM & Debit cards are readily accepted. Business and personal checks will be accepted with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. A 12% Buyers Premium (surcharge) will be charged on all purchases $3,500.00 and under. A 2% discount will be given to anyone paying with cash. No buyer’s premium will be charged on horses or mules
SALES TAX:
Local state tax of 9.25% on every item sold. If you are tax exempt, you
must provide a valid tax exemption permit or resale number.

REMOVAL & LOADING:
All purchases must be paid for on the day of the auction and must be
removed by noon on Sunday, November 4, 2012. Forklifts will be provided.

TRAILERS:
Consignors must provide a pink slip and current registration in order to sell a trailer.
DOGS:
The Tulare County Fairgrounds has posted a No Dogs sign in the sale barn or horse barn. All dogs on the fairgrounds must be leashed.

Although information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer makes no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of the information herein contained. Any item(s) may be added to or deleted from this auction. It is for this reason that the buyer avail themselves of the opportunity to make inspection prior to the sale. All items shall be sold “AS IS WHERE IS”, with all its faults. All sales are final. We are agents and agents only. No private sales on the Tulare County Fairgrounds except vendors. Security will enforce this ruling. We reserve the right to reject any consignments that are not agriculture, farm or horse related and items that are misrepresented.

The California Draft Horse & Equipment Sale shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries sustained by anyone attending the sale. All persons entering the Tulare County Fairgrounds for the sale do so at their own risk. |
